All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

- Any instant-access content

- Access is delivered immediately after payment confirmation
- Delivery is considered complete once the product is sent or made available for download
- You waive all rights to refunds, returns, or chargebacks
Failure to download or access the product does not qualify for a refund.

🎨 2. CUSTOM DESIGNS & SERVICES – NO REFUNDS
All custom work is final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Custom graphic designs
- Logo services
- Personalized orders
Due to the time, effort, and digital nature of custom work, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once work has begun or been delivered.

📦 3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on eligible physical items under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 6 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All items from the order must be returned together
We do not accept partial returns.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
