At Pure Motion Apparel, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

🚫 1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS (STRICT POLICY)

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes:

  • Ebooks
  • Digital downloads
  • Guides
  • Design files
  • Any instant-access content

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

  • Access is delivered immediately after payment confirmation
  • Delivery is considered complete once the product is sent or made available for download
  • You waive all rights to refunds, returns, or chargebacks

Failure to download or access the product does not qualify for a refund.


🎨 2. CUSTOM DESIGNS & SERVICES – NO REFUNDS

All custom work is final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Custom graphic designs
  • Logo services
  • Personalized orders

Due to the time, effort, and digital nature of custom work, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once work has begun or been delivered.


📦 3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible physical items under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 6 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All items from the order must be returned together

We do not accept partial returns.


❌ 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products (see Section 1)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Items returned after 6 days of delivery
  • Incomplete returns (missing items from the order)


🔁 5. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, you must:

  1. Email Support@PureMotionApparel.com within 6 days of delivery
  1. Provide your order number and reason for return
  1. Wait for approval before sending any items back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🚚 6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


📬 7. REFUND PROCESS (APPROVED RETURNS ONLY)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

If items do not meet return requirements, the refund will be denied.


📍 8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier for claims


⚠️ 9. ADDRESS ERRORS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
  • If a package is returned, the customer must pay for reshipping


🚫 10. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

We actively fight all chargebacks using:

  • Order confirmation records
  • IP address verification
  • Delivery tracking confirmation
  • Digital download timestamps
  • Customer communication history

Filing a chargeback after receiving a product or digital item is considered fraudulent behavior.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny future service
  • Ban customers from our store
  • Submit evidence to payment processors

By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to this Refund Policy
  • You understand all sales conditions, including no-refund items
  • You accept responsibility for your purchase
