Shipping policy
Shipping Locations:
Pure Motion Apparel ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Freight Forwarders & International Reshipping
We do not ship internationally. Orders delivered to third-party freight forwarders, reshippers, or package forwarding services are considered successfully completed upon confirmed U.S. delivery.
Pure Motion Apparel does not provide MSDS/SDS documentation, export paperwork, customs forms, or international compliance documents. Any reshipping arrangements are made at the customer’s own risk and responsibility.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped out the following business day.
- Business days are Monday–Friday.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Method:
We ship exclusively through USPS Standard Shipping. Delivery speed may vary depending on your location, but many orders arrive quickly once shipped.
- Only one shipping option is available at checkout.
- In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Shipping Rate:
We charge a flat rate for shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed to the address used during checkout once your shipping label has been purchased. This allows you to track your order’s journey until delivery.
Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages:
Every order includes USPS shipping insurance at no extra cost. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect or Returned Addresses:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Email us at support@Puremotionapparel.com
- Once the returned package arrives back at our warehouse and the address is confirmed, we will reship it to the correct address provided by the customer.
Address Changes:
Customers may update their shipping address before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if an update is needed.
Multiple Orders:
If you place two or more orders shipping to the same address at the same time, we may combine them into one shipment. Orders going to different addresses will be shipped separately.
